Rachael Cook
Rachael Cook. Cook (born on the 4th of October 1978) is an American actress. She has starred on the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999 as well as Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She also appears as an actor on the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart, Robot Chicken and Josie are also her voices. This series started with the English version of Final Fantasy VII - Advent Children. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota) and is her parents are Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, who are both a stand-up comedian and social worker. She is of Italian descent. Cook made her public service announcement while in foster care at seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a child print model when she was 10 years old and was featured on national commercials for Target. She attended Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also attended Minneapolis South High School.
